Fleet fitness is about we concerned with helping people not only
become fit but helping them to get the tools needed to experience long term fitness for months and years to come. 

We do this by finding out what you want. Who best to know what you want then yourself. Not everyone is going to be a top performing athlete, have the ripped abs in a week, nor look like the fashion super model after six weeks of working out 45 minutes to an hour a day six times a week. (Not to say it can not be done but most of us really do not have the time, money or knowledge to do so) But one can lead a happy, healthy life style. It really comes down to what you know and have access too.

Our Story

Fleet Fitness is an international fitness & nutrition company that started more than 20 years ago.

“When I finished running track at the collegiate level I found myself trying to continue to train the same way. I went to the gym (fitness center) and did much of the same things I did when I
was in running. It took me a few years to realize that what I was doing was not bad but the time it took, I was not able to sustain that fitness level and became very discouraged. Fast forward many years later, I began to realize that there were many di
fferent ways to staying fit without training like an athlete. I was still athletic but I did not need to train like one because I was no longer competing (plus I was getting hurt) I decided why not apply the knowledge that I
had obtained. Many people have stated that knowledge is not power, but applied knowledge is power.

I had a degree in Physical Education, which involved me taking classes in Anatomical Kinesiology, Mechanical Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology. Coached track at the college level, taught Physical Education in various schools. Why not put all that knowledge to use. I did and during that time I had many friends ask me what they could do to become fit. I realized that there are so many people out there that if just given a little bit of direction, a few ideas, they could begin to obtain a healthy, physically fit lifestyle.”  – Keith Mickens

At Fleet Fitness, we want to help you become one of those physically fit individuals. One man said “The best thing a human being can do is to help another human being know more. That is true and helpful but we want to go beyond giving you some knowledge we want you to be able to use that knowledge. Remember the statement I quoted earlier “knowledge is not power,
but applied knowledge is power.

That is true but there is more. Author and motivational speaker Eric Thomas, stated “Make a commitment to yourself that today, success is your only options! No matter the obstacles, no matter the sacrifice! You have decided you won’t be denied, you won’t be defeated!
